YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS MARKETPLACE

1d11806Four intermediate classes have been learning about business development and marketing for the past few weeks.  They have been investigating market research, product development, and business planning.  On Wednesday May 31, 2017 (this week!!) from 12:30 – 2:30pm in the school gym, the classes will be holding their product fair, where each student will have the opportunity to sell his/her product. There will be some cool things for students to buy ranging from fidget spinners, funky pencils, stress balls, bath bombs, etc.

To help facilitate the success of this product fair on Wednesday, we would love for all students to come and visit the fair.  Products will be ranging in price from $1 to approximately $5.

 Thank you for your support,

Mr. O. Stemler, Mr. D. Morrison, Mrs. N. Minhas & Mrs. S. Lim

COMMUNICATING STUDENT LEARNING – YOUR FEEDBACK IS IMPORTANT!

Screen Shot 2017-05-14 at 8.30.55 PMTeachers at our school and around the Surrey School District and beyond have been learning about new ways of communicating student learning with parents. Our goal continues to be improving how we communicate with you while promoting student ownership. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey below, sharing your perspectives regarding how student learning is communicated to parents in Surrey. The information gathered will help us better understand what you find most important to know about your child’s learning and ways we can continue to improve our communication with you.
